I meant to post on this topic last year around this time (my little sister’s wedding). Sorry, somehow I got side-tracked once again. My husband’s cousin’s wedding is fast approaching so I’m dedicating this post to her in hopes that she will have a very happy life with her fiance.
As for my wedding gown and accessories, I had made very practical choices years ago which overall worked out fine [allowed me to afford a honeymoon ;) ]. Though, honestly, I was like any other girl who peripherally snuck a longing gaze or two at those Vera Wangs and Monique Lhuilliers. In retrospect, I wish I had thought of wearing one of those darling birdcage veils down the aisle instead of a traditional veil, but then again, it really would have clashed with my gown. Maybe for my renewal of vows? A girl can hope =).
